Simple Halloween designs - Ghost Design
1. With the dotting tool, place 3-4 dots, using Tech Gel 'White Lace'
2. Ensure they are spaced our enough/ Not touching
3. Drag out the ghosts tails with the dotting tool
4. Create whichever tail design you desire
5. Using the dotting tool, place dots fir eyes and mouth using Tech Gel in 'Deeply Devoted'
6. Final Design
